Taylor Simpson

Taylor Simpson brings a rare combination of legal experience and real-world trucking knowledge to his personal injury practice. As part of his commitment to representing victims of major truck accidents, Taylor obtained a Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL). He completed an intensive CDL course that included in-depth classroom instruction and over 40 hours of hands-on driving in a semi-truck. This firsthand experience gives him a deep understanding of trucking operations, regulations, and accident causation—insight that few attorneys possess and that proves invaluable when advocating for clients injured in collisions involving commercial vehicles.

Taylor grew up in rural northwest Georgia before moving to Montana to pursue a degree in conservation biology and ecology at Montana State University. Graduating with honors, he went on to earn both a Master of Science in Environmental Studies and a Juris Doctorate with honors from the University of Montana.

During law school, Taylor served as the Publication Editor for the Public Lands and Resources Law Review, working closely with legal scholars to refine and publish their research. He then clerked for the Honorable Kurt Krueger of the Second Judicial District in Butte-Silver Bow County, gaining invaluable insight into the legal system and mediating numerous family law cases.

After his clerkship, Taylor joined the Uda Law Firm as an associate attorney, focusing on public utility law and renewable energy development. While this work was rewarding, he felt a deeper calling to advocate for individuals who have been harmed or wronged, leading him to specialize in personal injury law.

Today, Taylor is dedicated to helping clients who have been injured due to the negligence of others. He fights tirelessly for those affected by truck accidents, car accidents, dog bites, and other serious personal injury cases, ensuring they receive the compensation they deserve.

Outside of work, Taylor enjoys skiing and running along Helena’s scenic trails. He shares his home with his wife, their cat, and their dog. Passionate about conservation, he also serves as a board member for K9 Conservationists, blending his love for animals with his commitment to environmental stewardship.
